Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery Services & Estimated Times
At checkout, you can choose from the following options:
- 1st Class: estimated 1–2 business days
- 2nd Class: estimated 2–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruption, severe weather, peak periods, or address/location factors.
Dispatch & Order Handling
Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2 business days.
We do not dispatch deliveries on bank holidays or weekends.
Shipping Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the service selected. The final shipping price will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase at checkout.
Problems With Delivery (Missing, Lost, or Late Parcels)
