- Prices & payment
7.1 All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout.

- Delivery
8.1 We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on the website, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.

10.2 You must not use products if you are allergic to any ingredients, have broken or infected skin (unless advised by a healthcare professional), or if the packaging is damaged or tampered with.
10.3 We are not responsible for any reactions, injuries or results arising from misuse of the products, failure to follow instructions, or information you did not disclose to a healthcare professional.

11.1 You may be able to submit reviews, ratings or other content to the website or our social channels.
11.2 By submitting content, you grant Ink Ease a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes in any media.
